Bio
Elle Taurins is a conceptual and pragmatic thinker who brings over 20 years of diverse experience to strategic leadership capability development and coaching.
Elle’s career started in government and EU organisations in economic development programs, and then she transitioned to marketing communications with global agencies (Saatchi & Saatchi, FCB) in the Scandinavian and Baltic markets. She later ran her own marketing consultancy and entered business education and the executive training industry in Australia. She has collaborated on business and educational international projects in Australia, Asia and Europe, and was invited as a speaker at international conferences. Over the last decade, Elle has built a strong association with Swinburne University (Melbourne, Australia) where she worked in organisational capability development research, managed educational programs, and designed tailored training solutions. She now leads a Business Strategy Design module at Swinburne University (Melbourne, Australia), and facilitates leadership courses at Australian Institute of Management.
As an independent consultant and internationally accredited professional coach, Elle is dedicated to expanding leaders’ mindsets, developing strategic thinking skills and empowering career-oriented individuals to step up to leadership roles. In her work, she offers unique solutions to achieve organisational and personal growth by applying innovative thinking approaches and drawing on her inter-disciplinary experience. She collaborates with solopreneurs, local medium-sized companies, business groups and international NPF organisations (International Olympic Committee). Clients value Elle’s ability to evaluate situations from different perspectives, navigate between the big picture and granular details and provide them with actionable insights.
