  • Mapping strategy on a page that is compelling to stakeholders

  • Translating strategy into action

Elle Taurins is a conceptual and pragmatic thinker who brings over 20 years of diverse experience to strategic leadership capability development and coaching.

Elle’s career started in government and EU organisations in economic development programs, and then she transitioned to marketing communications with global agencies (Saatchi & Saatchi, FCB) in the Scandinavian and Baltic markets. She later ran her own marketing consultancy and entered business education and the executive training industry in Australia. She has collaborated on business and educational international projects in Australia, Asia and Europe, and was invited as a speaker at international conferences. Over the last decade, Elle has built a strong association with Swinburne University (Melbourne, Australia) where she worked in organisational capability development research, managed educational programs, and designed tailored training solutions. She now leads a Business Strategy Design module at Swinburne University (Melbourne, Australia), and facilitates leadership courses at the Australian Institute of Management.
